Can I Book a Specific Appointment Time for my Warranty Work?

For warranty appointment times, we cannot provide specific times due to factors outside of our control such as traffic delays and prior jobs taking longer than expected.

We can specify a preference for morning or afternoon appointments. Once schedules have been finalised we will send you a text notification 48 hours prior to the date with a two-hour appointment time.

Should the technician be delayed due to reasons out of our control then they will contact you and notify you of the revised arrival time.
