Rollers are subject to general wear and tear under normal use and will need replacing throughout the lifetime of the sliding windows. Damaged rollers can cause issues with the windows performance. However, if you keep your tracks clean and free of pet hair, you will get longer life out of your rollers. 

Sliding window rollers can be purchased directly from our spare parts shop:
  1. Rollers for sliding windows installed between 1972 - 1980
  2. Rollers for sliding windows installed 1980 onwards
