Rollers are subject to general wear and tear under normal use and will need replacing throughout the lifetime of the sliding door. Damaged rollers can cause issues with the doors performance. However, if you keep your tracks clean and free of pet hair, you will get longer life out of your rollers. 

1. Back roller for sliding doors installed before 2000 with a Mortice Door Handle
   
2. Front roller for sliding doors installed after 2000 with a Boltlock Door Handle
   
3. Rollers for sliding doors installed approx. 2010 onwards. These doors have a leverlock handle
