Why is Glass not Covered Under Warranty?

Why is Glass not Covered Under Warranty?

Glass is only covered under warranty when there is a product or installation fault, but other than that glass is not covered.

The reason for this is because once installed, the glass is exposed to many different environmental elements or potential mistreatment outside of the control of Jason Windows. Therefore, any damage needs to be picked up upon installation or immediately after installation onsite.
